Order Processing & Dispatch Times- Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) are processed the same day.
- All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of processing.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Fridays will be dispatched the following Tuesday.
Safe Place & Delivery InstructionsPlease note that, in accordance with the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013,
we cannot accept responsibility for parcels left in designated ‘safe places’ by the courier, or for items left unattended or with anyone other than the named recipient. Once the parcel has been delivered—whether signed for (where applicable) or left in a safe place or with a third party per your instructions—the responsibility for the item passes to you.
If you are usually unavailable during delivery hours, we strongly recommend providing an alternative delivery address where you or someone you trust can receive the parcel on your behalf. This could be a work address, a friend or family member’s address, or a neighbour’s address. Please note that, under the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the
Consumer Rights Act 2015, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel is received. By providing an alternative address, you help ensure the parcel is safely received and avoid potential delivery issues.
Delivery via DPD Next Day Service
For most UK orders, we use DPD Next Day delivery. The majority of parcels are delivered on the next working day when ordered before 12:00 PM, though in some cases delivery may take slightly longer depending on location and demand.
Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, usually during daytime hours. DPD provides full tracking, so you can follow your parcel’s progress every step of the way.
DPD’s Predict service allows you to receive a one-hour delivery window on the day of delivery, along with options to rearrange delivery, or divert your parcel to a nearby pickup point via the DPD app or online portal.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed ForAlternatively, we offer Royal Mail's 2nd Class Signed For service, which typically delivers within 2–3 working days from dispatch. However, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery, especially during busy periods. While Royal Mail aims to deliver within 48 hours, delivery times may vary. This service requires a signature upon delivery, ensuring added security and proof of receipt. Tracking information will be provided, allowing you to monitor the progress of your parcel.

Shipping Charges & Delivery EstimatesInternational orders are charged according to the rates outlined in the table below*. Delivery timeframes are based on courier averages and may vary by destination and local customs processing.
Customs Duties, Taxes & TariffsInternational orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or tariffs upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices at checkout.
United States OrdersFor customers in the United States, orders may be subject to U.S. customs duties and tariffs depending on the value and category of the items. These fees are assessed by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and must be paid by the recipient prior to delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for up-to-date information.
VAT ExemptionWhere applicable, VAT will be automatically removed at checkout for deliveries outside the UK.
Contact Information RequirementTo ensure a smooth international delivery process, please provide a valid contact telephone number at checkout. This is required by most couriers for customs documentation and delivery coordination. Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or the return of your parcel by customs authorities.
Please note: Shipping costs will not be refunded if a delivery is missed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

That’s why we often reuse cardboard boxes when shipping your orders. If your parcel arrives in a box that looks a little used, don’t worry — it’s all part of our effort to cut down on waste and promote sustainable practices. The contents are new, secure, and carefully packed with the same care and quality you expect from us.

Please note: If your parcel has been marked as delivered by the courier — for example, left in a designated 'safe place' like a porch, garage, or with a neighbour — we may not be able to accept responsibility if the item goes missing.
To help avoid any issues, we always recommend choosing a delivery location where you or someone you trust will be available to receive it.
We follow UK consumer law, including the
Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which means we’re responsible for making sure your order is delivered to the address you provided — usually within 30 days, unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Once the courier confirms delivery to that address, responsibility passes to you.
